How much more uptime will the TruePower iV Pro provide?
Most users are able to get three times more iPhone usage between full charges using the iV Pro.

My iPhone battery life seems to be getting worse and worse is this normal?
Yes, a batteries effective capacity decreases slightly every duty cycle.

Do I have to leave my iPhone in the TruePower iV Pro all the time?
No, you can quickly and easily take your iPhone out and reinsert it into the iV Pro as often as you like allowing you to use the iV Pro only when you need to charge.

Can I use my iPhone while is being charged in the TruePower iV Pro?
Yes, you can use all the features your iPhone has to offer while it's charging in the TruePower iV Pro.

How long does it take to fully charge the TruePower iV Pro?
The iV Pro comes fully charged from the factory. It takes three hours to fully charge an empty iV Pro.

Can I charge my iV Pro, iPhone and ear piece all at the same time?
Yes, put your iPhone in the iV Pro then plug your ear piece into the iV Pro's power out UBS port. Finally plug your iV Pro into a power source such as Apple's wall charger or your computer.

Is the iV just a battery?
No, in fact the iV Pro is a battery charger. It actually charges your iPhone's own internal battery or any other 5 volt device, such as an earpiece, digital camera or Blackberry.

Sometimes my iPhone chirps repeatedly while it's in the iV Pro.
This is called a "chirp loop" and happens when the iV Pro is too little power to charge your iPhone. To stop the "chirp loop" turn off the iV Pro and connect it to a power source. You can turn on your iV Pro again when it has stored up enough power to charge your iPhone.

When not in use, how long can the TruePower iV Pro hold a charge?
